Submitting an inquiry on the website does not constitute a guaranteed reservation until explicit booking confirmation and advance receipt are acknowledged via WhatsApp by our host team.

Zambala Dwelling Nest shall not be held responsible for service delays caused by Force Majeure circumstances beyond host control, such as severe hill weather conditions, regional power outages, or mountain road blockages.
